How to get started
How do I start the ordering process?
Answer: Submit your billing & contact information with your art work/logo design and what garment(s) you’re looking for to an account rep at Sans Screenprint. The easiest way to get in touch with an account rep is to call us.
How do I submit art?
Answer: Via email
What art files do you need?
Answer: AI, PDF, EPS (preferred files), or JPeg (must be at least 300DPI)
What if I don’t have art?
Answer: Not a problem! Sans has a graphic design team in house that can create what you have in mind for a fee.
How do I pay?
Answer: Standard payment methods are credit/debit card, check, or cash.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Answer: Yes, all new accounts are required to pay a 50% deposit on new orders, the remaining balance will need to be paid when the order is completed.
Do you carry samples in house?
Answer: Yes, but only a small selection of standard items.
What if I don’t know what garment I want my logo on?
Answer: One of the Sans Account Reps can help you make a selection. Please call Sans directly to better assess your needs, an appointment may be needed.
How long does the production process take?
Answer: Standard total production time is 7-10 business days. Peak season, September through December, production time is 10-14 business days. Sans is closed weekends and all major holidays (MLK Day, Presidents Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, Christmas Day, New Years, etc.)
Are there order minimums?
Answer: Screenprinting 12, embroidery 6, DTF and DTG 0. If your order is less than the minimum there is an upcharge.
